Our recruitment process
Getting started is simple. We guide you through each step, making the process clear, supportive, and easy to follow.
Screening call
- We tell you more about Asterix Health and check that you hold an eligible qualification
- This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about working with us, or the NHS.
Interview with our Chief Medical Officer
- You will complete a written clinical recruitment task, based on scenarios you might encounter.
- We will then invite you to a formal clinical interview with our Chief Medical Officer.
Guide you through the onboarding process for GMC registration
- You must sit an English language test (which will take roughly 4 weeks). We will provide you with a tutor.
- The process takes 10-12 weeks, and we cover all onboarding costs.
Training in NHS guidelines and clinical practice
- We provide a comprehensive, paid four-week training programme for all new doctors.
- All work during this period will be audited by our clinical governance team to ensure clinical and operational quality.
